The Different Types of Narcissism

Malignant narcissism is the most difficult and dangerous form of the disorder. People who are narcissistic or anti-social oriented may have what's called cognitive empathy, which means they know what someone may feel based on a certain behavior he will display. They can use therapy to clear their names, create an allusion to the court during custody disputes. This individual has sociopathic tendencies and will likely charm the therapist.
