Allan Turing's Patterns in Ecology

Allan turing was one of the great minds of the twentieth century. He created a model that would predict hexagonal spot patterns under certain erns. The main idea behind those models is that vegetation can self organize. And what does that mean? It means plants interact with each other, and they do all sorts of things for each other.
