Are You a VC or a Fund Manager?
A lot of VCs, especially small ones, single GP or where it's just a couple of GPs, they're entrepreneurs too. It's almost like two jobs because you're the fund manager and then you have to be looking for investments at the same time. So don't get me wrong, I love being a VC and doing what I do, but it's not always as sexy and glamorous under the hood.
