Joseph Smith Civil War Prophecy

The church has really repurposed his revelation to say that Joseph Smith correctly predicted the Civil War. This is an example of how we kind of treat the prophecies of people in the church or in the Bible to make them fulfill prophecy even though if you actually read it carefully it's not at all what they're saying.
