Sub wofers have the largest diaphragms and replicate the lowest frequency sounds. Woffers tend to cover most of the frequencies we experience when we're listening to music. Tweets can also replicate sounds that go beyond human hearing. A combination of these speakers is usually necessary to create a true high fidelity experience.
