The Fishistic Anarchist

Bain is a fanfecistic anarchist. He's trying to communicate that he wants free rein and freedom for all people when in fact he wants to do it on his terms. That's what makes him a villain. Is that he wants control over how things change. This is so sad for Commissioner Gordon. He's watched his city be torn asunder. When this guy get out his notes, I think he stole it from Gordon.
