James Kilnham: I don't see any scenario in the foreseeable future where we should hope for a stronger Russia as some sort of counterbalance to a growing and resurgent China. He says there must be coordination between Beijing and Moscow or at least some sort of accommodation for Russia to deploy most of their forces from their eastern military district for the fight in Ukraine.
