Are You Putting Out Bowls of Cigarettes at Parties?

Two nightlife oriented reporters spoke urgently and passionately to this. They said they had been at multiple parties recently where bowls of cigarettes were used in the room and then they were told to smoke them outside. Another piece of advice was whenever you leave a party, take some trash with you. I personally would never do that. I'm too pretty.
