The Importance of Measurement in Development

If you have a bug that affects 100% of users, then of course you're going to fix it. But hopefully we can argue better if we have done our research. Or you include measurement. It's not just measuring it in the front part. You're including it in the output as well. And then the one who has had the most right gets the most trust.
