It has been in trouble for a while. The event itself, like it doesn't seem like the USA knew what it wanted to be. There's so many other ways to test out things and do things. E3 as it is just seems a little unnecessary. I don't know if it will ever come back. But sort of like if you imagine CES just disappearing for good, chillin.
