How to Deal With Gaslighting as a Kid

It's called gaslighting. It happens all the time to him. He thinks, and I'll have said is you know your truth. Do not let people change your truth. You know what happened. Right. So kid, it might feel like your reality is being messed with in a certain way. And when you're asked to hide a thing as a kid, like a medical condition and then it comes out that becomes such a piece of the fabric of your reality. That's really scary to a kid.
