Flax and soy are the number one astrogenic foods. These have the highest amount of phytoestrogen activity to them. Soy can actually be very breast protective and good for us because it acts in a soft estrogenic way. I would avoid any protein powders or bars with soy in them unless it's sourced well. If you can distinguish that, then I would say go ahead and eat it; if you can't, try to find one that doesn't have it.
