Can a Loss Cause the Right Word?

If you have a team that's stuck in this derailleur mode just changing one or two people may not be enough. It also reminds me of our very first episode of the podcast where we talked about Michael Jordan and the team that he walked into with the bowls when he got drafted right? They clearly had a lot of drug problems among players on the team right and it really took a major culture shift for that team to get over the hump. And so I don't know that loss cause the right word I think you know any team can can turn around, but it may require a pretty significant shock to the system to make things change.
