Is There a Difference Between Technical and Technical Editing?
I would get friends and peers to do, like technical editing, maybe one chapter at a time. Am i using english properly? Are there typos? And then you can also hire out writing editing. For me it was like placemn a code was really about the flow, less about the the grammatical stuff. So that was the hardest part for me, but i guess it's largely, you know, personal, whatever your strengths are.
