How to Blend Dix Questions With Writing

I'm finding that it's easier to do this writing like with with protectors. I haven't exactly figured out a good exile dialogue or a good way to work with exiles but and I'm working on that. With protectors, you just have like a goal of working with any protector right is just to have like greater like compassion and appreciation. And when you really get to the end of the dialogue you get what your protectors doing. Yeah. So it really does create it softens the relationship which allows for more self energy which allows for the healing process.
