Doing Something Every Day Is Superimportant

Our body's natural ability to recover from training isn't the same at 50, as it is 20 or 25. Design your workouts to be fun and permit you to be focused on yourself. If you feel where you are each day and you push a little bit past that, then every day you're to get alittle better. And lastly, on that point about listening, so many of the errors that i see are mental errors. So if you can avoid the mental errors, so much more of your athletic life will be outside of my office and outside of my operating room.
