Herson Is a Good Example of How the Russians Might Have Imagined This Invasion Going In
The russians are determined to keep life going in that city. They are not really keen to see a city completely devastated and destroyed, undher sight of human terrin catastrophe. The local mayor is keen to show that here's cranan is not a collaborator. He doesn't want to be court martialled, like some local mayors have been. So it's a survival situation. I think hersons is quite a good example of perhaps how the russians might have imagined this invasion going in.
