Building a Different Kind of Rapport in a Room
An exercise called talkers and listeners is a way to make sure that there's equity of voice or equal share of voice in a room. People are split into those two groups, you have the talkers talk amongst themselves and the listeners talk among themselves. The idea is for them to come up with some insights about why they are talkers or why they are lit snares in this particular context. And so just airing out that layer of communication difference is really, really effective.
