The Role of Tools in Operational Excellence
When you're looking at operational excellence in an organization, there are going to be these lever points. A tool doesn't care that it belongs to lean or sick,. sigma or theory of constraints and whatever other system that you want to consider. What is the right approach and what are the tools necessary to face that? And talent, by the way, is also in there not just a tool itself. It's surprising the ad hood did not expect the holistic aspect of the seeing it as an organism part.
