Hunting the Gray Wolf

Hunters, farmers and ranchers in several states have lobbied government officials to remove the gray wolf from the endangered species list. Wisconsin decided to encourage hunters to go after wolves. About 218 wolves were killed in less than three days - about twice as many as the state wanted to kill.
