There are these theories of adult cognitive development, and tat as you em i it's mostly tied to age. But the way that your mind makes meaning of the world evolves ad throughout your life. As you hit these different levels of cognition, you start thinking more from the system's point of vew versus the group of more egocentric. That thats er lens to view, say, like job's journey on. I also think there's milestones that affect people. So i watch when people make, you know, a large amount of money, and that it worl have a large amount of sable success, and they don't feel like their failure is imminent....
