The Mantra, Not the Vlog

Ryan Holiday: I think what you're interested in is the mundane, not necessarily the vlog. He says that a lot of times we get caught up on how to say no to someone and end up just saying yes. And he talks about how as a father and as a family man, like he's committed his time to his wife and kids. If he responds to that email or hops on that call that doesn't really need to, he's stealing time from his kids.
