How to Compare Cultivated Meat to Conventional Chicken

The BBC's Nick Marsh went to the world's only restaurant dishing up cultivated meat. It's made by a US firm called Eat Just and it's served in Hoobas in Singapore. The closest thing I can compare it to would be a processed piece of chicken, like a chicken nugget. We might not know the answer to this climate question until mass production is happening. But that means people actually have to eat it.
