God's Not Willing to Give Up on the Amorites

In Genesis 15, god says that the sins of the amorites have not yet reached their full measure. We have found canaanite graveyards with tens of thousands of infant corpses in them. How many cries is too much? Is it one one baby, ten babies, a hundred babies, a thousand babies? And god decided that he was going to be patient. Well, god is incredibly slow to anger. I mean, he lived up to he said in the book of exodus, he is slow to anger, abounding in love, a quick to forgive. He'll show love to a thousand generations, but to three generations he will clean house.
