Our team published a joint report upcoming office maturity's large lease expirations and an e-mix space demand. In 2023, as we're passing the three-year mark since the beginning of COVID, many of these deals are coming up for renewal this year, next year, and through 2025. And it's also coming at the same time as we're encountering new economic headwinds.
