How to Charge for Your Kit
I bring my own kit out on every job and I do always rent it out, but the way I do it is I do market minus 20. So if they come back and say, oh, you know, why are we paying you for your kit? I say, well, actually, you're getting a really good deal on it because it's my company. And so I've found that clients have been very happy for me to use my own kit and for me to charge accordingly. But ultimately, like if you're investing a lot of money in your kit, then you need to be making it worthwhile.
