But i think what we now need as an industry is more coalescing. We have so many different trade bodies, so many different targets. Nothing is a contectized because everything is different. And we've got cop coming up a the environmental, the globe environment summit in glasgow in november,. I think that's a real chance for the food industry to come together and create a common set of targets and goals that we can measure. I think what we're startling to see now is an awareness from business that we must change, and some pretty grand pronouncements around net zero carbon ive. But i think what we now need as an industry is more coalescing. And we have so many different trade bodies, so many different targets. Nothing is a contectized because everything is different. And we've got cop coming up a the environmental, the globe environment summit in glasgow in november, and i think that's a real chance for the food industry to come together and create a common set of targets and goals that we can measure. And i think if we can be more transparent about our food waste, our plastic footprint, exactly how much we're producing, how much carbon, you know, all of this stuff, if that can all be measured and monitored, and we work together, i think we've genuinely got an opportunity to to do what people are now pledging to do, which is to tread lighter on the planet.
Speaker 1
And how do you think your competitor doing? I mean, how is the food industry as a whole respondidg to this? I mean, what's been their response to what you're doing at iceland?
