The Command to Give in the New Testament

In 1st Corinthians 16 Paul tells the church in Corinth to set aside on the first day of every week something to give as he may prosper. He's saying if God has given you a little then it's okay to give a little but if God hasgiven you a lot then give a lot. The New Testament believer shouldn't be okay so then how much do I have to give, says John Hagee.
