A journey what map is one way to illustrate what's happening to customers. Journey maps traverse the different parts of our organization from a pre sale o kicking the tires pase, through the purchasing process, through delivery and customers support. The thing we have to avoid is getting into internal operational issues when creating journey maps. We really want this to be the customers perspective.
