The Rise and Fall of Twitter

Elon Musk bought Twitter in early October 2022. He then began to gut Twitter of employees. Entire departments were eliminated and we started seeing lots of predictions about how Twitter's days were numbered unless things would change dramatically. The company has eased off on bans and restrictions that previously cracked down on stuff like hate speech and misinformation. It may just be that they literally don't have the manpower to do enough about it.
