I think you're definitely right there where the type of governance the type of voting does dictate what governance will do but governance can do another example dyd experts compound contracts. If the governance system is too restrictive then typically there's a method for token holders to rewrite the system basically call a constitutional convention and change the rules. I do think that the project should think about which type of governance infrastructure they use because for the beginning that is what limitations will be in place. Eventually once there's enough velocity to overthrow the governance contract then it will happen.
