Our emotional energy can also be built up through reflection and giving ourselves some time to think. Just having time to let your mind wander is a great way to recharge you, just you and your brain. Some people have their best ideas in the shower because it's the only time where they don't have anything going on to distract themselves. We want to build our emotional intelligence by trying to observe ourselves.
