Hiring From Within Your Community

A lot of creators hire from within their community. And a lot of people within the community are creators themselves. So this is something you're going to come across where you hire someone who is there to learn and then all of a sudden starts using those skills on their own platforms. I would hope that that's something we talk about before the person even gets hired. But it's difficult to make that change once the employee is already there.
