The Rise and Fall of the Iron Curtain

The fall of the Soviet Union is certainly a historical marker. 9-11 to some lesser extent is. But I don't think the corruption we're talking about was progressed throughout the course of over a century. There's kind of a renaissance of like going back students of Leo Strauss and many other scholars start to say, you know, where are we at here? And they start to read the words again. The America that shaped all of us for whom the fall of the iron curtain marked the triumph of justice in the American way is dead and gone.
