The Problem With Aggregate Qualifying
One lap qualifying was dropped after six races in 2005. Now there are two sessions, one on Saturday and the other on Sunday morning. The problem here worse than the actual format itself was that qualifying was decided Sunday morning before the race. And then we're very much in the TV era now of Formula One. No one wants to see that happen. So let's go to the aggregate qualifying first.
