Jen DeWalle: John Mertz is my husband's uncle, and this is the first time that I've ever actually had a family member on the podcast. We're going to talk about moral courage as we look at how leaders of today and tomorrow can engage with challenge, face change, resolve conflict. Using a model of moral courage to guide thinking, decision-making, and action, leaders could activate next era of business ethics, impact, and purpose.
