How to Accelerate a Design Sprint
I've had several organizations, probably over 100 organizations implement this two hour design sprint method that I've worked with and trained the last year. So ultimately, what this method is really doing is empowering and challenging you to take a large amount of information and really be able to come up with an efficient solution. Over 50% of the five day design sprints I ran came to that conclusion after getting it in front of customers.
