There definitely is potential for conflict over access to water. We've already seen this historically, and i think we do need to be aware that this could worsen overtime. If people cannot affordfood, they are not going to be happy. And you can expect food price rises to be associated with political instability. So a mechanism or drought in one country can affect another cross border.
