VC Investment - Is Limited Partners Exposed?
I think VC investment particularly limited partners and the real operative line there is limited partners. You can do have a limited partnership where somebody took 90% of the capital and one limited partner, right? That's not creative structuring by the way. But with other funds where you're sprinkling limited and you've got a real general, an identifiable general partner, I think that creates less of a risk to you. Now they do get exposed. Do you know a lot of limited partners get exposure to the idea of the underlying firms during the due diligence process? It's incumbent upon us in the deal world to give you a better sense of what we're sharing and what we're not sharing.
