The Importance of Open Venous Ration in Patients With Fontan Circulation

The patient had a history of hemoptosis due to some aortyl pulmonary collateral vessels from which she'd undergone coiling. She presented at the age of 32 with a large left circumflex myocardial infarction, which resulted in a transmural infarctive or lateral wall and an ischemic cardiomyopathy With injection fraction of 35%. On a cardiac MRI, there were some possible thrombocene in her fontan circulation,. The presumed mechanism of the MI was embolic.
