i'm not going to change my tendency to procrastinate, yes, but i can put in place behaviours that allow me to adapt to that so that it doesn't drive me and have negative consequences. I love what you said there about knowing our tendencies and then devising strategies. Some people may be able to control them better than others for reasons of their own biology or the environmental context. And he the amount of freedom that they have to create their own environments themselves. So clearly, not too terrible, because you're fairly o well ere, you'd be surprised. But i think all of us can try to do that.
