i think people should take one week refreshes, like half a reset. And it's really interesting when you have no distractions going on, how creative you can be. i've had a number two at epsimo who doesn't need to be in the limelight but loves making things happen. It's great to look for people tht get new ideas, have new ideas, make em happen and fall through on them. I dofeny think it's underrated.
