Getting Out of a Committed Relationship
i think when we're living in the anxiety of that, that becomes normal s, you know. And once we take ourselves out of that anxiety, then we start noticing when we get pulled back into it. There's a study that il reference a lot in the work i do, to kind of normalize being a helper or being a nabler, in a way. As social beings, as humans, i think if we were all just about self all the time, we would not be able to build community and we probably wouldn't be able to survive,. So we've just been bred to actually get a little hit when we help some one out and be there for them.
