If you're selling, remember that marketing exists to be noticed. If I see they are putting effort into making their marketing fun and I reach out and say, hey, I've been following your content team for months...that instantly gets me on their level. Or maybe they're really- they're focusing on some goal. They're a very values driven company. That person published a peer reviewed study on this thing. Of course they want to be noticed for that.
