Urbanism in the Eighties and Nineties

New urbanism is a response to what i call the sort of pessimistic urbanism, or the part of the post modern anism ara that came before that. I think where we are right now is, we're still on that lineage. People are willing to create different kinds of community relationships thnthey have been in the past. And it doesn't matter what the place looks like, but we can bring all these benefits together.
