RSI in a Penetrating Neck Injury?

The toughest part of navigating a flexible scope is just getting it to the glottis. So one person driving the VL and using that view to get the incubating scope to the Glottic inlet. He ended up having a trachea, had a laceration to his thyroid cartilage that actually penetrated his airway. But yeah, it did go well. It was sort of early in my flexible scope career kind of scenario.
