The History of the Problem of Stray Dogs
The issue of stray dogs is not an Indian problem, it's very much a global issue. This is primarily because of our relationship with dogs and the fact that dogs breed at a very large scale and at a very fast pace. So what happens is globally supply always tends to exceed the demand for dogs as a result of which surplus animals, unwanted animals, irresponsibly bred puppies and litters end up on the streets. Now all countries face this issue.
