Dimentia - What Causes It?

Some older people who don't have dimentia, but just don't give a fock any more. I think that's just em sort of letting go of having to act in s ot wayime. And the other thing i would say is that if somebody has any kind of cognitive decline, whether it's a psychosis or a dimenta, they need 24-hour support. So far there's not so far on that - we're looking for some help and answers.
