Is It a Good Idea to Go Public?
There are only half the number of public companies today than there were a kind of in that era. The average exit for a vetra capital inno into an ipo is closer to nine years. So it just became impossible, slashed dangerous, a to go public if you needed money,. which was kind of th a idea. But nobody does an itio to raise money now. Because if you do that, am you are really subject to devastating, an unbalanced and unfair attacks from people shortening your stock. It's just like a target on your back if you're ever going to have to raise money again to be public. I think some of those incentives are very dangerous over time
