NBC News shockingly reported this incredible story. It says diversity roles disappear three years after George Floyd's murder inspired them. The attrition rate for DEI roles was 33% at the end of 2022 compared to 21% for non-DEI roles. Black employees represent only 3.8% of diversity officers of roles. Do you want that? It's white people making up 76% of the roles.
